- Your GitHub user profile (username, display name, avatar URL, email address)
- Repository metadata (repository names, organization memberships)
- GitHub Actions workflow run data (run status, duration, branch, commit messages)
- OAuth tokens required to access the above data on your behalf
We do not access your source code, issues, pull requests, or any repository content beyond workflow run metadata.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To display your CI/CD pipeline status on your dashboard
- To authenticate you and maintain your session
- To improve and maintain the service
- To communicate with you about service updates or issues
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate cicd.watch:
- GitHub — for authentication and accessing workflow run data via their API
- Hosting providers — for infrastructure and data storage
These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
5. Cookies and Sessions
We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that track you across websites.

We retain your account data and workflow run history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and stored workflow data within 30 days.
