1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cicd.watch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

cicd.watch is a CI/CD pipeline monitoring service that connects to your GitHub account to display workflow run statuses across your repositories in a unified dashboard. The Service provides read-only access to your GitHub Actions data.

3. GitHub Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize cicd.watch to access your GitHub account via OAuth. By authorizing, you grant us permission to read your repository metadata and workflow run data. You can revoke this access at any time through your GitHub settings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Impersonate another user or entity

5. Beta Service

cicd.watch is currently in beta. The Service is provided as-is and may change significantly, experience downtime, or have features added or removed without notice. We make no guarantees about availability, reliability, or data persistence during the beta period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of cicd.watch. You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your GitHub data or any content accessed through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cicd.watch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. The Service is a monitoring tool and should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth for your CI/CD pipeline status.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking GitHub access and ceasing use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
